SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT

With direct debit, your payments are automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card on the due date - you'll never miss a payment. You'll still receive your bill, but we will deduct your outstanding balance on the due date.

There are two ways you can set up your direct debit:

  1. Compete our direct debit form below, or
  2. If you are experiencing any difficulties, call us on 1300 337 827.

Note: There is a charge of 55¢ for debit cards. If you are debiting your credit card, the surcharge is 55¢ and 1.70% of the total value of the transaction. If your debit is returned by your financial institution as unpaid, a failed payment fee of $8.00 (excl. GST) will be charged.

  • What is the frequency for payments?
    This will be determined by your body corporate. The amount you owe will be deducted from your nominated account on the due date of your bill.
  • When do the payments get made?
    Your bill is always paid on the due date, so you never need to think about your bill at all. If the due date falls on a weekend or public holiday, we'll debit your account on the next business day.
  • Changing or cancelling your direct debit.
    If you wish to change your direct debit ie debit a different account, complete the online form and your direct debit will be updated.
  • What is the cost?
